Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Method:
• Send your Handwriting, Drawing, and Fingerprint images by contacting us through our Etsy store or from your order history.
• Simply attach and send the image(s) in the message thread.

• To expedite the process, please reach out to us from the email you use to log in to your Etsy
account and include your email address. To link the images to your order, write the order number in the subject line.

• Images can be sent before or after placing your order.
• We accept most file types; JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF files are preferred.

All our items are meticulously handcrafted and worth the wait. Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up the shipping time and does not expedite the processing time as mentioned below:
• Generally, custom orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days.

To ensure the best preservation of your accessories when not wearing them, we recommend storing them in an airtight storage box, such as the GoldJewelryWorkshop box or gift box provided with each product.
►WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
All our products are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee. If you believe there is an issue with your accessories, please notify us through Etsy messages. Products must be in new condition and in their original packaging and should be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. We do not provide refunds unless the defect is due to our fault. All our accessories are made of high-quality materials and crafted to last.
